Join our Maryland Chapter for their monthly musical gathering featuring performances, jam sessions, and community fellowship. This month's theme is "Spring Renewal" with special performances by local Zomi youth musicians.
Learn the basics of playing the traditional Zomi drum (Khuang) in this hands-on workshop led by master musician Pu Thang Kam. No prior experience necessary. Suitable for ages 12 and up. Registration required as space is limited to 15 participants.
Enjoy an evening of both traditional and contemporary Zomi music performed by talented artists from across Tennessee. The program includes solo performances, ensemble pieces, and a special collaboration with local Nashville musicians.
A two-day celebration of Zomi culture featuring musical performances, traditional food, craft demonstrations, cultural exhibits, and children's activities. Special guests include representatives from the Embassy of Myanmar and local cultural institutions.
Join us for the Georgia premiere of "Zomi Musical Journeys," a documentary exploring the evolution of Zomi music from traditional roots to contemporary expressions in the diaspora. Q&A session with the filmmaker and featured musicians will follow the screening.

The premier Zomi song competition showcasing the best musical talent from our community across the United States. Categories include Traditional Solo, Contemporary Solo, Group Performance, Gospel, Original Composition, and Youth Category.
A four-part workshop series where Zomi elders and youth come together to share musical knowledge. Elders will teach traditional songs and techniques, while youth will share contemporary adaptations and digital recording skills.
A workshop for Zomi youth to learn traditional songs, instruments, and musical techniques. Lunch will be provided. Registration is required as spaces are limited.
A celebration of Zomi culture featuring traditional music, dance performances, authentic cuisine, crafts, and community fellowship. The festival will showcase the rich cultural heritage of the Zomi people.
